For anyone wondering about that flash on the screen: GOT IT! took more than a few. It appears to be cut from the broadcast what she’s talking about (the texts). In blue: “Someone followed our lead and snuck in and parked by our cars just so you know.” (Next one still blue) “I’m just letting you know because you see me go out with my rifle and put it in my car so he knows you guys are up there he’s sitting to the direct right of a picnic table about 50 yards from the exit.” Then the caption is quoting: “sniper text messages you see me go out with my rifle” and “so he knows you guys are up there”

Secret Service screwed up

While this DOES highlight the gross negligence of Secret Service to communicate and coordinate with the local law enforcement, it also makes the local PD look bad as well. Why didn't they spot him getting into position with a rifle??? Where were they at in this failure? Both are culpable for this attempted assassination
