I just left chiropractor for my back showed him my knees as well and sure enough on my inner left knee he said I have a meniscus tear but to get X-rays because I also have a bone on inner left knee that sticks out more than right . When I was young kid i was playing football and a bigger kid tackled me and I felt and heard a pop. But the meniscus clicking I'm having is from when I worked at a warehouse. Never thought anything of the bulging knee because I also have a flared rib . But chiro told me it's not normal and to get X-ray done . My back is much better now though
