The sensation in my third eye is so uncomfortable that I cant meditate for a single minute as soon as I start meditating the sensation begins.

I got chills when you talked about pressure. Around the time I began to notice major changes in my body, I had this immense pressure in my forehead above the bridge of my nose and after it went away my depression did as well. I also began to feel more sensitive to emotional stimuli. Since then, God has been sending me some crazy signs and blessings. It's hard to explain to others, but this was during the full moon back in September

Crazy how u explained everything i have my third eye opened mostly its purple and blue i see white sparkles of light and i also see pictures and short movie clips and i get ringing in the ears mostly the left ear from time to time. i see energy forms thats around me in the day time. make sure to decalify your third eye as well it awakens more your third eye . the head pressure is real when u opened your third eye. i can sense and feel spirits as well

It hurts! And it's going on for years now. I have 4 !!! ringing sounds, 24/7 , more then 4 years, I am going nuts! My head and teeth explodes. What can I expect? 60 spirit guides to see over 2 years???! 🥶
