Beautiful blue heron catching shad in my fishing spot doesn't realize I'm standing there fishin with my headlamp on which probably blinded him/her and comes real close to me until I moved my hand. It was amazing, I always see something beautiful while I'm near the water, I love nature! Happened in May I believe off breakwall at heritage landing, Muskegon Michigan.

    You are an animal whisperer...I've had a heron try to take my lure...but not hang and fish with me...truly amazing
