  • Nail on the head. I’ve been struggling for years with a lot of these symptoms. Out of all of the doctors and nurse practitioners and ENT specialists that I’ve seen One very smart and relentless nurse practitioner told me that all of my symptoms fit Vestibular migraines. I never heard this term until yesterday. But with all of my research all the way up until this video right now vestibular migraines symptoms are the closest that I’ve gotten in years to describing how I feel. Thank you so much for the great information and all of your help. Very impactful and your content is helping to change peoples lives. God bless.

Thank you so much for this video! I am beginning a journey to obtain a diagnosis after a bout of vertigo that left me with balance and dizziness issues. So much good information. It also helped me to know I am not alone in this journey and that recovery is possible. Thank you all once again!

This is the video I have been searching for, so many questions answered. I love the down to earth conversations and all three of you are so likable. All the best with your baby, Alicia! You are sure to be a great mom.

For me, I have celiac disease so I already cut out gluten, oats, milk products, alcohol, soda so I have a pretty strict diet already. I do have these vestibular migraines though too when I get my episodes. Also, I get triggered when it's dark or if I close my eyes it brings on some motion sickness symptoms.

Great video! I have read Alicia’s and Dr Beh’s books and have learned so much more than any advanced vestibular course I have taken. And I have made several delicious dishes from Alicia’s cookbook! It’s a shame she couldn’t find a good fit for vestibular rehab. I think our clinic in Dallas has a lot to offer!
  • Does anyone know how dysautonomia and vestibular migraines play off each other? Can I have both?

What medication helped you? And what pt exercises helped?
