I have a huge flair right now! its absolutely is absolutely brutal!!!!!!
  • I'm disabled and all I did was, I was getting back into our little Chrysler Sebring car which is too low to the ground for me considering that I'm 5' 9" tall, well anyway one day as I was getting back into the car, just as soon as I almost got in the seat, I got an intense pain on the outer side of my right knee and I couldn't sit down until the pain calmed down. I found out that I had accidentally injured the lateral part of my knee.
  • Sides of knee pain. I am not a sports type of person and never had knee issues until. About 3 months ago I was working on a Gov robot, the last 2 weeks I was working on my knees on a hard floor, getting up and down all day, 6 days a week, 6+ hours a day. I started having knee pain on both sides of my left knee. Any ideas?

This is my issue. Any running and no distance and the pain starts.
