This thing is straight garbage. They actually put effort into changing the dashboard after the 360 store shut down, and THIS is what they came up with?? Come on man. Microsoft cannot stop taking Ls. It's sad.

RIP Xbox 360. This dashboard sucks without the marketplace. It feels so empty. Metro ruined everything for the most. RIP the 360 2005-2024. now that the store is dead, Microsoft cannot complain when everybody JTAGs and RGHs their consoles, since only the secondhand shops are affected by those.

The "gutted" dashboard threw me for a loop when i first saw it. I have a slim & og model 360. I hooked up the slim to download my last minute purchases after the store closed & it changed the dashboard. I hooked up my original without the wifi antenna connected & it kept the non gutted version of the dashboard. I refuse to update it to the gutted version.

Honestly, for the layout, they should’ve had a second theme category for layouts for all the previous dashboards

Jacob, while it is gone there is a massive loop hole I found out yesterday that allows you to download from the marketplace. I made a few shorts on it and it works!

When i booted up my 360 today i was suprised with the weird layout of the dashboard. I didnt expect that much removal lol

They could've atleast left the dashboard just like it was, but when you would go to the marketplace, it'd show you a message that the servers are down or something like that. They also could've created a little message that every user would get, like a "thanks for using the xbox 360" one.
