My heart goes out to everyone struggling with pain like this.

I'm a bit younger, but what I have found unusual about Bursitis, is you cant "stretch your way out of it", when those little fluid sacks are inflamed, any stretching of the area will ratchet that 5/10 pain right up to MAX.. and send you backwards.. so dont just jump into the stretches in the video. I learnt this the hard way with my well-intentioned light stretching... before the penny dropped that each pain ramp up was my own fault.... definitely rest first.. avoid hills and stairs.. then go easy on yourself to rebuild.

I work for an osteopathic Dr. We also recommend an anti-inflammatory diet & lower carbs. Carbs and sugar are inflammatory foods. We actually do a class twice a year called MOVE! where we educate people about this. Yoga helps as well

Definitely the most famous and fun/funny physio-therapists in the solar-system!

Riding a smooth bicycle 3 times a week breaks all the barnacles off while increasing circulation. The bike allows for proper alignment and no stress on the joints.

Happy Christmas to the two of you from UK. Invaluable information and help in small doses!

Thank you so much for this video. Seeing that band of red on the skeleton made me understand why I’m in so much pain. I’ve been battling this for years and it’s been so painful from my lower back, hips and down the outside of my legs. Thank you for showing simple exercises I can do.
  • This is exactly what I’ve been dealing with since I fell at Thanksgiving. Just didn’t know what it was or how to help myself. I’m so thankful for the difference you’ve made in my life!
  • I've had right hip bursitis for about 5 yrs. I've used a cain on occasion. What has really helped is regular stretching, along with specific exercises, recommended by Bob and Brad, and using recumbent stationery bike. Hot baths help and do ice packs. You also must have good footwear with sufficient arch support. Crocs are great. I'm much much better in that the pain is much much less. I no longer have pain when climbing stairs. Walking does aggravate my hip but not as much. I'm just doing so much better. Thanks Bob and Brad.

I had hip bursitis since my early 30’s. I started keto in 2019, and within 1 or 2 weeks, I noticed that my bursitis had gone, and has not returned since. I’m now in my late 50’s. I wish someone had told me about the difference proper eating can make!
  • @vogue2222
This was awesome! Thanks. I’m going to recommend you guys to my doctor. She gave me a paper with some stretches and exercises that were hard to follow. A video works best.
