  • Every year in Ramadan when I fast I feel sooo much better, like re-set has happened. Islam’says there’s benefits to fasting!!

    When they test medicine they give you a couple times the normal dose, but when testing autophagy you barely have to fast 2 days a week.

    You define intermittent fasting as eating non-starchy vegetables? I eat non-starchy or low starchy vegetables every day and really fast once a week. Fast - NO food for 24 to 30 hours. I have MS. This does nothing for my MS.

    Autophagy. If I was fighting ALS I’d be fasting for at least 72 hours every other week.
