  • That solo felt like a tomb opening after 5000 years. My god…. That was intense
  • I love the way he plays the first solo note-for-note, perfectly. Then the second, he just goes off into the stratosphere. Kind of like saying - "Sure, I can do it exactly like he did, if that's what you want. But is that what you really want? Maybe what you really want is..."
  • @jipsigal
Can we talk about that DRUMMER??? He nails it, just NAILS IT… 😘❤️❤️
  • Jaysus .. Half way through that guitar solo i jumped up and threw my shoes out the window .. now i have to go and get them .. What an Amazing Band.
  • That guitar solo ascended me from this mortal plain and into the reality between realities, drifting forever more.
  • I have said it numerous times, but I don't mind to say it again. You guys are easily one of the most talented bands of this generation. That was the best reinterpretation of Gilmour's iconic solo I have ever heard, but you managed to not just pay homage to the original but also make it distinctly your own. Fantastic
  • I’ve seen David Gilmour play this solo 5 times. And he’s awesome, obviously. But the fact that you reinterpreted the solo rather than copy it was literally awe inspiring.
  • @AndoThree
I rarely see a drummer and guitarist who feed off of each other like that. It adds so much to the already insane solos. Killer stuff as always.
  • I've said it before and I'll say it again, Maximillian is the best guitarist on the scene these days. His natural abilities, technique, tone, and influences are just top of the game in the guitar world. Love this entire band, and look forward to seeing them live again. Well done ladies and gents.
  • @jazznutz
Ok, that's the second solo by this guy that has absolutely made me cry and the drummer slapping right beside him. What a dynamic build!
  • Max steals the show as always but the drummer is always just quietly being perfect on every song.
  • The first thing everybody thinks about when listening to this song is David Gilmour's profound artistic expression in his solos and if the guitarist covering them will be able to even come close to that level of "feeling", and whether those licks will be honored or just repeated. Max does as good a job at honoring David's work as anyone possibly could. From a sound guy, the mixing was exceptional. From a Pink Floyd junkie, this rendition was special in every way.
  • And here I am thinking the Have A Cigar cover was the best solo I have ever heard. This is a new sonic level for this group. The feel was superb.
  • @dpsweeny
The balls it takes to cover some of the most iconic songs and solos ever made- time and time again- while creating something distinctly unique but also paying homage to the original are of a size I will never know. can't get enough of this band. masterful, once again
  • @KCMOBNR
There aren’t many guitarists who can get away with improvisation while playing one of the greatest guitar solos of all time…..but dang….you nailed it! Great job!!!!
  • Every time I hear this dude plays a guitar solo, he sounds like he's having the most ON day of his life, completely in the zone and channeling the music, good Lord is this phenomenal
  • That second solo was DEFINITELY Pink Floyd worthy! Usually when people create their own second solo for the song, they butcher it. This was done perfectly! Thank you for sharing this.
