Hey guys, welcome to this weeks video. This was a tough job, but an enjoyable one, with the best reaction at the end that I could have hoped for from my elderly customer, that had just got a bit overwhelmed with the amount of work it takes to keep her patio in order.

I have to comment on how sweet your customer is , what a doll ❤ and she’s right that you don’t get people like you too often! In all my life I’ve only had one contractor (new gutters) that was impeccable with integrity like you.

There are times I am so genuinely jealous of how nice these properties' outdoor spaces are. Even the weeds are nicer looking than those we have in my area of the US!
