You may think this is just a tiny home, but wait till you see inside!

Publicado 2024-06-04
Take a tour of Lee's dream tiny home, which was 15 years in the making. Lee always wanted to live in a tiny home, but she couldn't get her daughter on board. So she waited until she was an empty nester, and designed the space with room for visitors. Little did she know, the pandemic would force her daughter to move in temporarily and isolate. And, in the end, Lee's daughter even grew to love the tiny house.

I absolutely love the books. It’s so rare to see a tiny home with so many books, but this is amazing!

It's interesting how many older folks really have a sense of having an elegant home, no matter how small it is. This house is really cozy and comfy and the owner's cherished items have been used to decorate it beautifully.

This proves I would not have to downsize my library if I had a tiny house!!
  • What a lovely lady. Her house feels like her in every detail and it makes her so happy, that's the important thing.

I could never live in a space with soooo many things because it works against feelings of peace and order. But to each their own, it is her house and she seems downright happy there.

Her energy is amazing and her home captures her soul perfectly. 💝

Her joy in her home just bubbles out of her! I love that she displays everything that’s dear to her rather than tucking it away in a storage bins. I need minimal decor to feel peaceful but appreciate the personalities that are opposite of mine. Beautiful home.

As a professed 'Minimalist' you have a lot of stuff! Happiness is, being surrounded by what You love.

I love her advice! I have a suggestion, too: once a year, run the washer with a cup of vinegar, or use the clean feature on it. That’s it. Once a year. ;)
  • @LotusPoet
I love the collapsible Japanese soaking tub (I need one of those!) and the main room lined with books. Awesome! That would be me too.
