Trying to fix mistakes I made as a FTM and this video helped simplify where and what I need to work on! Thank you so much Susan!

Thank you 😊 My baby sleeps like an angel fr naps now ..I am deeply grateful and happy and he's sooo much happier too !
  • This is pure gold! It worked immediately and 3 naps in a row so far. My son has always been a good night sleeper but naps have been hit or miss. So glad I found this video!

Thanks for this video Susan. Im currently feeding my baby to sleep as it seems to be the only way to soothe him. The holding still for 5 min technique worked wonders! Put him on the bed, pat him on the bum, he stared at me with "what are you trying this time mum?" look and fell asleep. Thanks again for sharing!

Thank you so much! You have no idea what your sleep/nap training videos mean to me! I’m starting this tonight!

This is the best video I've ever watched about napping, I have been literally on the edge of breakdown and you gave me so much hope. I literally cry myself to sleep the way he cries to sleep because it's so frikkin hard! but now I know what i am doing wrong and I cannot thank you enough for these amazing tips. You are the best, love Dina xxx
  • Thank you so much for an amazing video! My newborn baby wasn’t sleeping during the day - almost at all, or short 15 min naps. She was so fussy. I couldn’t figure out why. Then I realized she wasn’t sleeping at all and she must have been overtired. I watched your video and I had to train her as if she was 4 months old. It worked like charm. First few weeks she only managed to sleep for an hour. Then it increased to 1.5h and now I have to wake her up after 2h nap. I had to come back on here and share my experience for new moms!
  • I just wanted to say THANK YOU from mom to mom. Your video helped me so much with sleep training my 7 month old, I started from the first morning nap and then try the night. I followed your tips and it works like a charm ! She did skip first day first whole nap (not really skipped but cried it out) I kept her awake for half an hour and she went to sleep after. Also the first night was tough she would wake up every time she use to  nurse, but I also followed your night time  training tips and it was working.  Next day and night was better and every next after that she would cry less and sleep longer. After 4-5 days she was sleeping perfectly all by herself all night long. And now (month later) she is doing great falling asleep all by her self, having couple good, long  naps at day time and sleeping (without waking up) hole night. She is more rested and much happier and I feel like a new person, so rested and accomplished! Thank you and good luck to all mom's , trust me it is worth it (little "pain" for lot of gain for both you and the baby) !!!! :D
  • This video makes me feel so much better about sleep training. Sleep training for naps has been hard and I have felt confused on whether my baby boy really needed me or not, but he’s asleep right now after crying for not too long so thank you for sharing!

Thanks so much for doing this video Susan!! We are on week two of nap training and it’s harder than sleep training I am finding :(
  • This is the most helpful baby nap video/information I have come across. Thank you!
  • @katienelles5758
This has been a saving grace for me. My daughter is a lot like your son. So we have started to use these tactics you shared, and it’s been amazinnnggg. Thank you!
  • I’m glad I watched this video. We’re sleep training our baby now and it’s making me anxious.. that we get inconsistent! Hopefully his crying will lessen in the next days
  • I think the biggest wrench into a consistent schedule is the baby refusing to go down when it’s time to.
  • As a preschool teacher I loved this video! Its all about having a schedule and helping children learn to self soothe. A little off topic but I have seen many older children start preschool having never been allowed to cry or tantrum or more then a few minutes before the parent gives in or tries to distract. These kids have the hardest time adjusting to school life as they lack the skills to deal with the negative emotions from change , sharing and not always being able to have your way.

Thank you so much for this video and your nighttime sleep training video. I've been trying out the crying it out method for 5 days now, and it is helping, but I am finding it so hard. I think i get more upset than she does. I just needed someone to tell me I'm doing the right thing ♥️. There is so.much conflicting information about crying it out, I feel like I'm being a bad parent. But I feel validated after this video, thank you thank you
