Published 2022-02-14
Short naps are the pits! Seriously, does anything cause a mom to pull her hair out more than when her baby is consistently waking at that 30 minute mark?

In this new video I'll be sharing my checklist for lengthening short naps PLUS a bonus tip at the end if you've got all my boxes checked!

My baby took long naps (up to 3hrs once a day sometimes!) When a newbirn but around 13 weeks she suddenly would only sleep 30-45mins. However, this also correlated with sleeping longer through the night. Now at 15 weeks we're regressing and she's sleeping less during the day and waking up more at night, so we're struggle-busing a bit here haha (which is why I'm here). I need to transition her from being swaddled, and falling asleep on her own, but it just seems too much with all the sudden changes she's going through.

I've tried all these, plus crib hour. We get an hour nap maybe twice a week. The rest are 30 minutes 🥲

I know it's not encouraged but the only thing that helped us with naps is baby wearing. Bub is almost 6 months old

I've tried all of that and nothing seems to be working 🤷🏻‍♀️
