Hi, Lala. I enjoyed this video and all of them, in fact. I find them motivational and helpful as you provide clear instructions as to how to go about an ayurvedic life. What I missed in this video was why it is that you have chosen to wake up at 3am and not at 4 or 4.30am, for example. Thanks for sharing with us.
