    Advice from a paramedic here. Always carry 2 epipens. Ideally 1 would suffice, but you might need another shot if the reaction is too severe or another one later on on the way to an emergency department. The 0.2mg is "alright" but now the data shows that 0.3mg is more effective in a single dose than 0.2mg in adults.
