My girlfriend of 5 years died in a car accident while i was locked up. Her name was Jennifer Martinez in Louisville Kentucky. That shit completely wrecked my whole life and when i got out i got addicted to fentanyl on purpose so i could overdose and die. God wouldnt let me overdose and join her. This song made me break down and cry like a little baby when it came out because i can relate to it so much. If you have a girl who you love and is your soulmate make sure to tell her how much you love her before you lose that chance.

I was recently medically discharged from the Army and am currently spiralling into depression and this song hits me right in the feelings. Everyone is struggling in some way or another, please if you have friends or family that you haven't spoken to in a while reach out to them they'll be grateful trust me.

When this came out I was homeless, on drugs, and then jail. Now I have a house, job, and husband. This song and “Clover Cage - Heart Of A City Boy” are the two songs that helped get rid of my depression. I just want to send love to everyone and I want everyone to know things will get better. We are in this together..I love you 💕
