Fibro Friday | National Fibromyalgia Awareness Day Reflections | Three Tips to Help You Feel Better

Published 2024-05-17
You may see more information shared about fibromyalgia since this is Fibromyalgia Awareness Month. Here are three things that I hope will help make your fibro experience better:

1) Find one symptom to improve. Don't try to fix everything: if you can fix one thing, you'll feel so much better and will help you get back to normal faster.
2) Lean into a hobby that brings you joy. Find something that can help you feel better now so you can start "filling your cup" again.
3) Find a community where you can connect with others that are living with fibromyalgia.
