With increased supply, I'm sure Ford will be very generous with a $250 rebate or 8.99% financing for 36 months.😂

I agree with you Tim. When I had a stint of doing some contractor work, the generator was always a noisy pain in the butt. If you can just let your truck idle quietly and not have to haul around a generator that takes up space and also needs gas jugs, it would be worth it. Generators will obviously still be better in some cases. However, probably +75% of the time a good power onboard system will be a better more convenient option.

That's right Tim, the F150 hybrid is sweet. My '22 F150 Powerboost has been awesome; we do a lot of boon docking (dry camping) and the 7.2kw/h Pro-power-on-board generator is so efficient and so quiet. We can run our a/c all night and the truck does not start up that often and when it does it's only for a very short time. A couple of years ago I supplied power to our house and to my neighbour's house around Christmas when the power went out. We have one with our consulting firm and it gets used weekly at different job sites. I like it so much I ordered another one on March 18. I can't wait to get my hands on a new hybrid SuperDuty, you just made my day with that news! This is great news and a win-win situation for Canada, the US and for folk who use their truck for work.

Struggling to get an inventory of super duties in Canada too and it sucks cause there are no deals to be had versus ram or chev
-
Awesome to see Super Duty content from you

Great, so we know that the cam/lifter issue on the 7.3 is often seen in trucks with high idle time, so they're going to give us a system that prompts high idle times before they sufficiently address that. Sounds like Ford. Will probably keep the CP4 pump for another 10 years too.
-
Thank you Tim, I think this is great news for Ford Canada
-
It is great news.
-
F250 sounds like hybrid with flex fuel system, perhaps using the f1 hybrid system in f1 cars coming in 26 race schedule
-
Thanks Tim, Fuel economy AND Power Onboard. Convenient and good for your wallet. From experience Ford hybrid tech works well.
-
Nothing against Canada, but it would've nice to see those jobs in the US!!!
-
auto workers were conned.
-
Canadian Govt gave Ford Millions to help with EV's years ago. We deserve something for my Canadian tax $$$. Canadian vehicle's are Also better built than Mexico vehicle's.
-
Ah I'm still on the fuel economy thing. If I don't get the engine choices I want then give me the economy. The power boost sounds ok but with Ford's recent quality I wouldn't feel good about it long term.
-
Ford never fails to disappoint.

EVs are garbage
