Gladiator 2 Critics GASLIGHT Fans About Trailer Problems

The Gladiator 2 official trailer is out and got instantly downvoted due an incredibly awful music choice. Music that just didn't fit the tone, aesthetic nor setting of ancient Rome. Yet the press decided to not just defend such an obviously unpopular choice, but misinterpret the problems in the first place. Deciding to spam the word anachronism, rather than realise it was simply about a holistic view of the movie. The gladiator 2 trailer also had a lot of other problems that distracted from the setting and made the trailer unrealistic. You end up spending your time analysing the trailer noticing problems, than getting emotionally involved in the story, like in A Knights Tale. But what did you think of the Gladiator 2 trailer? The biggest problem with this movie is that it shouldn't exist. There was ZERO reason for it to be made.

Sound artists that aren't. Editors that can't. Producers that shouldn't. Writers that didn't. Viewers that mustn't.

The real shame is, the first Gladiator film, had one of the best musical scores ever made for film to take from.

"We want to appeal to a global audience." I had no idea that California was the entire globe.

The message is pretty obvious at this point: “The things you love now belong to us and we’re going to do everything we can to ruin them because we hate you”.

I tried to watch the first episode of the second season of The Serpent Queen and I forgot that there were so many African women in positions of power in 16th Century France, much less all the other ethnicities. I was so mad at being lied to all these years that I turned it off.

Sequel nobody needed nor wanted

The only entertaining part of “modern content” is watching how much money it loses.

It’s amazing how the music can take a movie looking dramatic to using rap music and making it look like a comedy.

The reason it worked in Knights Tale was because it was tongue-in-cheek. With Gladiator 2 it’s just dumb.

"Are you not entertained?!" "No, the music choices among other things broke immersion." "Raycist!" "Don't care. Fix it or be quiet."

Gladiator 2? Why? To what end? The first movie was a masterpiece and a stand alone film. We do not have the need for another.
