Hi everyone :)

In this week’s minimalist hometour, I’ll focus on pointing out details around my #minimalisthome.

For instance, how my small #minimalist #studioapartment serves many different functions - like a ‘proper’ house with many rooms🤭

There’s a bonus clip at the end of the video where I show you how I cook a super easy, quick and (relatively) healthy meal - using only one frying pan.

I was blown away when I fisrt took a #nutrition class in college when I was in US - and learned about created a balanced meal.

I’ll share a quite #minimalistic formula that YOU can also customize for your lifestyle:

[A + B + C + X = your favorite balanced meal]

I’m often obsessed with minimizing not only my belongings but also with efficient systems and simple tips that help me practice minimalism physically, mentally, emotionally & time-wise.

Hope that makes sense haha.

Enjoy!

xo

I love your channel. The toilet paper on the table reminds me of my late father who used it for everything. I didn't know anyone else who did that. Ironically, he was a minimalist his entire life, decades before minimalism was popular. Back then, his lifestyle was misunderstood. Growing up with a minimalist parent was very special.

I'm still striving for a more minimalist lifestyle--but I also love colour, so my aesthetic is different than the minimalist aesthetic despite the similar organizational style. I also just have a lot more hobbies that somewhat involve the usage of things (mostly gardening pots, reference books I cannot get online, or some art tools, which I use for work--so that I need to keep). But overall I love to use these to help me clean, organize and figure out what I actually need vs what I don't. I do have to edit some minimalist advice a bit though because I have cats, and I am disabled and become sick frequently so I need enough items of essentials so that I can take care of myself but take a week or two off for bigger cleaning chores that take a lot of my energy physically. But overall, I love this.

so funny to see that you also put your trash "can" under the sink : D I've been doing the same since getting my own place & I love it so much. Similarly, I am able to not own any furniture because I use my overhead kitchen cabinet storage as my bookshelf! it's interesting to see how living a simple lifestyle eventually has people reaching some similar conclusions lol. hope you're doing well, joy <3
  • Hey, I thought about an idea for you before sleeping, you could try and fit everything you own into your suitcase & Backpack( except for the fridge, bed, table etc.) Maybe you would be interested in the challenge 😊

  • Always awesome to see your posts! Do you ever get bored having so few items? Since I moved into an apartment with my son I've been trying to see what I could get rid of and keep. I want to hold onto everything lol
