What a cute smarty :) I think Ringnecks are really particular as to 'wet' foods---mine doesn't like to hold onto them just like that berry u gave Sputnik! It's like they don't want to get their 'hands' dirty lol.

They can learn how to speak when they're about 4-5 months hence its a baby.

yes they can...... have u seen a bird eat paper, wood, etc.? they know whats edible and whats not. how can u teach them instinctual behavior, my point proven.

Normally Sputnik will eat what I offer but he did have a feed not long before so guessing he was not that hungry by the time the video was taken. :)

So your bird can identify the difference between objects correctly? NOT common sense, it is a taught behaviour.
