Time for another cooking with Kate :) Happy New Year! I can still say that right? Anyway this week i thought id do something simple and easy :) perfect with a nice cup of tea :)

I love apricot jam! I put it on my pancakes instead of syrup. But then I love raspberries and blueberries too. Oh hell, I would like them all!!!

Never knew how easy they are to make I might be bold and give them a try as store bought are not good with flavour , lemon curd is a good filling for sure , Top Video Kate :) ms

Kate, your tarts look bakery-good to my eyes. Mmm! I would love all those flavors. I could devour the entire recipe of them! I gained a pound and a half (.107 stone) just looking at them! 😋
