The weather in the UK varies from the same as NoCal to Seattle. Not so exotic over here, really.

I'm late to the party with questions, sorry, but I do have one. How do you keep yourself from getting sucked in to the depression? I've been mostly stable on my depression meds for a bit now but I find myself getting pulled back into the depression when thinking about what I suffer from. It's really hard for me when I think about how my life will never be the same as it used to be.
