HOME! I love how Bob keeps letting cars go ahead of him! He's so gracious! lol! We've eaten at the Friendly's and both Tim Horton's, and shopped at the Walmart.

Hey Conny: Great video! I was born in Olean way back in 1958. Spent the first 8 years of my life there. My grandmother worked at St. Francis hospital and my grand dad at Clark Bros. I went to elementary school first @ a school down by the St. Francis hospital and from there to a newer school down near a cookie factory. I was in Salamanca a few years back for a wedding and on the way, we went through Olean. Sweet little town for sure. Thanks again!

Locked in time haha I’m driving next to you in that orange eclipse! I loved that car!! I remember that day oddly to say and you can see the white brim of a Yankees baseball cap.

My mother (in illinois) lived in Olean in the mid 30's to mid 50's & went to St Elizabeths academy class of 53,her mother was an Olean telephone operator ..I guess there was an auto salvage yard at the end of their street & always talked about some creek? now she's about to be 80 & has a bath aid she see's 2wice a week thats from Olean..small world

hi Conny it won't look like this much longer they are doing construction all the ay up to the post office, putting in a turnabut...NOBODY wants it and it's going to hurt a lot of all business there. I love your video it's going to be a memory of how it used to be., thanks for doing this!! :) maybe if I remember I will post you a picture on FB if the big mess.
