I created a build around blood wave with the new buffs. It synergizes well with lucky hit, decrepify, cdr and blood mist.

It works by adding an extra part to blood wave that creates a black wave/trail that deals shadow damage over time. The build rotation goes in this order: Decrepify, Blood Wave, Blight/Iron Maiden and then Blood mist on top of whatever you're killing. Normally you will Blood Mist through the wave and collect the blood orbs while simultaneously creating more shadow damage trails and proccing Decrepify to lower the cdr of Blood Wave.

Sorry for the bad video but you get the idea. I only play solo and prior to this I ran blood surge. I believe this build could become one of the best Necro builds in the game especially in parties.
