Hi, this is Paul Davis again. I put a comment on your vestibular vertigo training yesterday. Aswell as the vestibular vertigo I have been suffering with I also suffer from vestibular migraines which I have been suffering with for years. Like the comment yesterday if there is any help or advice you can offer I would very much appreciate it. I have sought help from various specialists but all help has failed to help me. I look forward to hearing back from you

post concussion syndrome. I didn't know people who get vb had issues with vision and light also, definetly altered equilibrium. A llittle vb rehab helped a bit but still far off functional. I have osscillopsia but all the nerve studies of the vestibular system came back normal.

Just wanted to let people know that if you suffer from chronic vestibular migraine or are always “dizzy” along with other symptoms, these types of exercises can make things worse. Only use if you are episodic and need help with mobility. This was advice given to me by my neurologist who is one of the leading MD’s in the country for VM. Hope this helps and sorry I don’t mean to dissuade anyone from the exercises that might find them helpful if you are indeed episodic only every once in a while.
