The InMotion V14 Quietly got a MASSIVE Upgrade

Correction: The non-50S battery type is GB, not 50E. Fortunately, however, much of the data is still accurate since 50GB battery cells are inferior to 50S cells. Update from Myewheel: They will also be selling the 50S version. They said that batch 1 will have 50GB cells, so they are going to skip batch 1 and only use batch 2 50S cells, even though the price is going up on the 50S version. Update from AlienRides: they will also be selling the 50S version of the Adventure, but just not at launch. - Likely batch 2 onwards. They also plan to sell the v14 at at a lower price. Completely agree with what you said, the 50S cell upgrade is huge! Just a matter of time until all wheels use this cell, the discharge capability just makes too much sense for EUCs!

Well this might be a game changer. As of right now I'm seriously looking at the Patton, but I might start paying more attention to the V14. I still want to see the V14 in action before I make a final decision.

Very good video! According to the information we had from InMotion. The first batch ( November ) will be with 50GB battery cells and only after that they will switch to 50S and the price of the wheel will increase. So we at MyEWheel will skip batch 1 and go directly for Batch 2.

the price will definitely drop after a few months so that is when i might buy it, also because hopefully all the problems of early batches will be fixed

That 10 amp constant discharge graph just sold me on the 50s. You would have to pull 5300 watts through the 134v 4p battery setup continuously to equate the same amperage per cell.

My V11 went kaput after a tire change at 5 months, the app said bad motor but we checked the motor and it was fine, inmotion said buy a 300 circuit board and see if that fixes it. No way in motion, im gonna sell it for parts, bought a vet patton instead

I'd love to get your latest opinion on the V14. I just put down the $500 for a batch 2 version from ewheels, though I keep wavering on whether to stick with it or grab an Extreme or Patton. I saw you on Johnny Go Vroom riding around on his v14 while you had him demo your Extreme with the Grizzla setup. How do feel about the V14 at this point? Would you recommend the extreme over the V14 or do they both have their place? My use case will be primarily a trail cruiser, hoping to do mild jumps/drop-offs, lots of hills climbs, and also want it to handle quite well on road. Range isn't a huge deal for me, so I think either would do fine for my use case in that regard. A comfortable and nimble ride would be high on my list as well. One more question) Do you think it makes sense to change my default v14 tire by the one which has the S version? I guess it should give more control in street riding/speed/turns etc. Or it is not significant?

Dual hall sensors was big safety marketing on the V13. Does this continue for the V14?
