One of my naighbors had a Bernese Mountain Dog and she was the sweetest thing in the world. She unfortunatly passed away when i was still in grade school, but to this day every Bernese i have ever met has been just as loving as she was. Truly a tresure of a dog breed.

I had two Bernese mountain dogs, they are like huge babies, very gentle and great with children. They love to ride and I don't think they are aware of their size at all.

My dad used to have one of these dogs. He was a very big dog even for this breed. Back then I was having alot of trouble dealing with my parents divorce and a bunch of other things, so I was quite a troubled kid as a result. Everytime I was skipping school agian, I just went to my dads place instead since I knew my dad would be at work and he would often leave this poor dog all alone every day. Well long story short, ofcourse this dog became more then just a best friend to me. He was my partner in crime, my companion to cry to without feelings of shame or guilt. He was like a guardian to me. I remember nights/mornings waking up on the floor drunk or hungover agian at 16/17 years old only to find my dear friend lying up agianst me keeping his silent vigil. There were some very dark times then, but they would have been so much worse if my dear old boy wouldn't have been there for me. His death was the hardest thing I've ever had to deal with. It's been well over 10 years and I'm still crying all over my phone while typing this out. I don't have much faith in there being an afterlife, but if I ever get there and I find no one else but you, Bink, then I know I will be just fine. ❤

They have the sweetest eyes when they're pups, especially when you can see the whites of their eyes. Look at the one on the vet table. With those eyes it genuinely looks like a cartoon with overemphasised cuteness

The last shot was exceptionally amazing. Flowers around and that beautiful gradient sky past the horizon. It was beautiful.

That clip with the Berney giving the lazy pug a ride is the most amazing thing I have seen in my lifetime.

A Neigbor has 2 of them, they are really gute and gentle and they are Bass Machines when starting to bark 😂
