I started with a Weber kettle over forty years ago but “upgraded” to gas grills like so many other people. A year or so ago I went back to a Weber and wonder why I ever did the “upgrade.” Nothing beats the taste of charcoal grilling. Darlington, South Carolina

This ranks among the best Top 10 videos for Folks Who Are New To Kettle Grills/Smokers. I haven't read every review, but when I lived in Maryland I used an Offset Charcoal/Wood Burning Smoker. My wife had me dump the "COLD" Ash around her Roses, Azaleas, Box Woods and a number of other plants. In a couple of monts the results were Amazing. Well That's My 2 Cents. Cheers & Thank You.
