My good friend owns a mechanic shop and he warned me of modern kia/hyundai. He put his two kids through university thanks to warrant work and a host of issues

I will NEVER understand how people can mistreat something that costs so much money. My car is a 2016 Scion with 58k, and the car still looks fantastic because I take care of it. Thanks for the tips man!

I still see many Nissan Altima (2008-2010)models on the roads. They all look beat up but they're still running.

What make this so sad Mark, is our economy is starting to price millions out of new car purchases, so they are stuck flipping a coin on what out of warranty used car they can afford.

Our 2013 Santa Fe gave us a lot of anxiety when the dealership said all our car needed was an engine flush and firmware update after alot of noises and tensioner replacements. They did extend the warranty by 20,000 miles which was good because the engine failed at 110000 and we got a replacement. We've had no other problems and we're gonna see how long we can keep it.
  • I bought my 2015 Murano in 2018. No problems yet. Regular oil changes and fluid changes. Of course, I don't drive a lot, that may have something to do with it

Also, the worst vehicles to buy used are the GMC Acadia, Dodge Journey, Mazda CX-7, Pontiac Grand Am, Ford Contour, Nissan Armada, Acura MDX, Saab 9-3 and so forth. Thank you very much and I wish all the mothers on this special day tomorrow. Happy Mother's Day!!!

I bought a 2016 Nissan rouge SL used. It had around 8000 when I bought it. I have had absolutely zero issues with it other then regular maintenance. The car has 185,000 miles and the serpentine belt just broke. Other then that I have not had to change one single part on the motor. The last vehicle I would buy right now is a cheaply built ford. They have the highest recalls of any vehicle at the moment.
  • My 2014 Altima has 287000 miles still runs. Everything works. I do Uber with it

Maybe keep my horse & buggy after all, after watching THIS! (Time to reshoe now.)

I bought a 2004 Chevy Impala brand new and have now owned it it for 19 years without any major issues , never any engine or transmission problems just regular maintenance and replacement parts like engine mounts, ball joints, radiator thermostat and battery pretty much. I drive it almost everyday and take it on long road trips
  • Nice one. These days, more than ever, people need to go for a dependable transportation minimizing the risk of throwing their hard earned money away.

I must say sir you do a wonderful job getting the correct information out there for consumers

I bought many Japanese cars new over the years many different makes and models. I took good care of them. Got say Mazda and Subarus do not have the same built qualities and reliabilitie as Hondas and Toyotas. Dont be fooled thinking all japanese cars are reliable.

The best used car for me is Lexus for luxury, durability, reliability and comfort don’t look any further than a Lexus all day long. A poor man Royce Rolls😀

Don't forget the Honda 1.5T Accords . Fuel injectors , oil sledge , and head gaskets issues .
  • @wxbgt01
We have our 2nd Fiat 500. It has 100K miles. We change the oil every 3K at the local Jeep dealer. So far, we had to replace two tail light bulbs, brakes, and tires. Not bad!
  • @binab2863
Still love my 2005 Toyota Matrix. 163.6k miles, only had alternator and water pump replaced.
  • @alexv259
I’m the original owner of a 2010 Nissan Sentra with shy of 140k miles with absolutely no issues, except changing the oil and break pads myself. Here is the catch about my car: Since I took it out of the Nissan dealership, are you ready for this? I NEVER took it back for any free or charged maintenance!! LOL! My mental disease is that I never trust any mechanics!! The only thing that I religiously have done in the last 13 years is paying for highest price fuel (VPower) by Shell gas stations.
