This is how i made my lifting strap. Cheap homemade listing strap no need to spend money for it you just need a old belt or a strap from an old bag and you can make your own! Thanks for watching!

good job!!..one piece of advice..don't round your back when lifting weights.,use your hip-flexors to push your butt back and at the same time squeeze your glutes to lock the position
