A ton of people run into the problem I discuss in this video when searching for off grid land, especially when they are trying to find land on the lower priced end of the spectrum. Remember that the most desirable land is always going to be the most expensive land. It is super important to look at the low cost plots of land you're researching as a blank canvas rather than a finished painting.
