OMG, these guys are the truth! I’m a military veteran, been having pain in my left butt area, that traveled down my leg for the past 2 weeks, I assumed it was my sciatica, so I’ve been doing stretches for my sciatica with little to no relief; well guess what? I did this piriformis stretch and viola, instant relief. I want to cry tears of joy. God Bless you both 😊

Over a year ago I was working at the vet, trying to restrain a 98 lbs German Shepherd and suddenly I feel a snap and electricity through my waist, lower back and right leg. That night I was unable to sleep, because of the pain and same happened over 1 1/2 month. I was unable to walk, stand or sit without pain, in many occasions my leg felt without any strength and tripped while walking. The pain calm, but always was there through this year. Now it is very bad again, I can’t tolerate the pain anymore and yes I’m gonna get check this time. If I bend it hurts, if I stand it hurts, if I’m sitting it hurts, if I’m laying on the bed it hurts… But I want to add that I did this test 5:03 and I felt that my right lower back and butt was about to break, the pain was awful. I’m just 28 y/o, but to be honest I haven’t treat my body carefully all this years… there are many stories that I can tell, but never broke a bone. Bull chase, dog attacks, a jet-sky run over my waist when he was getting out of the water, felt from trees many tienes, jump a 12+’ roof with an umbrella or a big bag as a kid, cow kicks, bicycle accidents, four track accidents and the list go on. But never felt such pain until that day, the day that I forced myself to restrain a furious, angry 98 pounds German Shepherd, so I could administrate the sedative to heal his wounds. Passion hurts sometimes 😪
  • Thank you both for the information that you are sharing. I appreciate it.

That last test associated with piriformis- when I do the stretch it's fine, but when I release the leg, I feel pain in the pelvis area. Is this the same?

Bob and Brad I have had severe pain in my right buttocks for a month. I have done the tests and nothing shows up for what might be the cause. I have a little pain in the lower back put the sever pain is in the buttocks. We only have Nurse Practitioners in the village I live in. I'm doing all of your exercises so I hope one of them will cure me. Thank you for your help.

The only time I feel any pain or tingling is when I move my right leg below the knee to my left, lifting it over my left foot. But this has been going on for 3 or 4 weeks.
