The people of Guatemala have showed me two things - the value and importance of community over solitude and the value of hard work. My travel in Guatemala was filled with good food, good people, and good causes.

  • That's my birthplace, thank you for sharing your experience. There's a lot more to Mayan culture than meets the eye for those who appreciate Native American civilizations.
  • @canik9mm
I was born there, thanks for reminding me of my roots
  • As a professional videographer myself I have to say that your videography skills are developing at a rapid pace. I think filming comes natural to you, like me. I'd say in a year or so you'll be the next quentin taritino lol. Keep up the great work!
  • Thank you. 😂😂😂 @"maccadamn!" Very interesting and enjoyable 💜
  • Guatemala is beautiful ♥️ country 🦋☘️🌞 enjoying fr jamaica 😎🌅🏖️
  • I'm Guatemalan/puerto rican living in Orlando and appreciate your bravery of checking my country out. The best fruit and vegetables due to the sulfuric soil. ❤
  • This really makes you appreciate the little things in life. Seeing the little boy working and not in school or playing saddens me.
  • the modern world could learn so much from them. we would be better off if more people had this mindset

I was in Guatemala in August for my 40th bday. It was hands down one of my favourite trips! I took an ATV mountain tour in Antigua. So much fun.
  • I love that you show the culture of the people and other educational things.
  • OMGGG YOURE IN GUATEMALAAA?? I’ve been here since September I’m so happy you’ve finally made it down here I was just in antigua 2-3 days ago! And it’s true the markets really do hits so differently!! If you haven’t check out the coast monterrico where there’s private beaches… definitely have to check lake Atitlan !!!!!

This is my birthplace but I was raised Puerto Rican! My mother past away from cancer and now I’m ready to discover my true heritage. I’ve always felt like a black sheep but now after knowing more I’ll feel two different cultures!
  • It's amazing how a little goes a long way when the intentions are sincere. It's obvious that the Guatemalan people care about their community. I felt bad for that cute little boy also. Working those long hours. I will pass on the drink that taste like grits, water, and salt.
  • Gonna be looking out for those "Macadamn Good Energi!" T-Shirts
