Hey everyone, all I did was watch his GED videos from the beginning, he has about 12 and I studied for 2 months. I ended up passing the exam on my first try. Best teacher ever!!!
  • @unclaimedlyrics
i just wanna say i didn’t study and i took my first math GED and got a 139, the passing was 145. I watched this video ONCE and got a 151 on my second one, which i took the VERY NEXT DAY, it may not seem like a big difference but i passed. this video was the first video that has EVER made math make sense. thank you!
  • Yesterday, I traveled 60 miles away to take this test. It was my last one; if I passed I had an employer lined up, and if I didn't pass I'd be homeless. I spent the last of my money purchasing a ride there + a hotel, then waited outside for 6 hours in below-freezing temperatures getting rained on before I was able to take the test. About one mile into the 5 mile walk to my hotel, I found that the only bridge across a large river was closed for construction. It was pitch-black and I'm legally blind, plus I was carrying 40 lbs worth of supplies on my back, but I somehow managed to climb a two-story 89-degree rock slope (how's that for a math problem), made my way through the mountains, survived a rockslide, walked in the break-down lane of a busy motorway to cross the river, descended the mountains, climbed a chain-link fence, and walked 6 miles uphill in the snow before I finally arrived at my hotel around 12 am with my GPS at 15% battery. I passed. 165. All my scores are college-ready and one with credits (173 english, 180 social studies, 171 science, 165 maths) and I couldn't be happier. These videos helped immensely and I fully recommend the Organic Chemistry Tutor for all your arithmetic needs. I only had 8 days to study, and without these videos, I might've scored much worse. To those of you taking your maths GED in 2023, please be sure to study slope and graphing equations in and out-- that really saved me. Be able to add and subtract numbers in their scientific notation form, study combinations/permutations, and for the love of anything you believe in, STUDY FUNCTIONS. Not just function tables, but functions relating to word problems. I would've scored higher had I studied these more. It's not always a question of your skill at solving a problem, but your skill at recognising which one of THEIR solutions will solve the problem. Check your work, plug in known values if you're confused. You've got this, lads!

I passed with a score 173. This video helped me A LOT. Don't forget to study Cube root, function, unit conversion, negative exponents. Good luck!!!
  • @1911in45acp
Thank you! After studying this video for a couple days, I was able to pass my GED test yesterday. 🙌
  • I just passed my math test yesterday 5/09/2019. It was my final test, so I’m finally legit. It was hard af. I failed 3 times before actually really studying and passing. x^2+5x=36 stuff like that was my whole test. One function question. Some perimeter and area of rectangles and trapezoids. Commission problems. •Solve quadratic equations in one variable [Example: 3x 2 + 2x - 8 =0. It’s crazy intense. Barley passed with a 146. I’m proud af 😭👏🏼

  • @J0shnyah
These videos saved me and my job promotion. I graduated “barely” 22 years ago and even after having a diploma the school did not recognize that after dropping out halfway thru I came back and finished again “barely” I had to start from scratch and learn algebra and geometry these videos helped me get thru it. After failing math twice I am proud to say I passed the third time. Without this video I would never have passed. Thank you so much.
  • @richardgood3949
Watched this about ten times, took the test a few days ago and passed....and I missed the last three questions due to time bad management. Thank man!

Hello! I wanted to thank you for your videos that helped me pass the GED exam in December! I just got the news that I have been accepted into my dream college, something I would have never thought possible even 6 months ago! I am immensely grateful for the content you and other youtubers put out there that helped me -- as someone who didn't go to a traditional high school and wasn't good at math and didn't have the money to invest in expensive tutors -- your video helped me not only pass the GED exam and get into my dream college, but also have a greater appreciation and understanding of math and science! Your tutorials are incredibly simple and easy to understand, and I really appreciate all the practice questions that you do as well By being kind and believing in myself I was able to study for the GED exam and get my diploma in 3 months, which again, is something I would have never thought possible given my fear of exams and lack of self-belief! Thank you again, and I am wishing everyone who is on this journey the very best! You are capable of achieving your biggest and wildest dreams! One step at a time!
  • @cosypk

  • @SassyIgloos
I just turned 30 and still don't have my GED. I'm hoping this year, 2019, I can finally get it done :[
  • @timsambaker7214
I just want to thank you for your videos. It helps me a lot. I just took my math test (first try) and pass it with a college ready + credit score (176). I understand you more than my adult class math teacher. 1 down , 3 more to go. I just want to encourage everyone on here to practice, practice, practice. Just watching somebody solve the problem is so much easier than doing it by yourself. So pause the video and try to answer it by yourself. then check if youre right if not then keep practicing. Getting Familiar with the formulas save me a lot of time. Wishing everybody to pass. GOODLUCK GUYS!!!!

Took my ged test today , used this video to study for 3 days straight and whatever I found confusing I searched more into and he has the videos too for it as well so if you feel stuck search up the topic more and honestly can say I did it 😭😭🙏🏽, so for anyone that doubts themselves or thinks it’s hard It’s not just have patience with yourself and take your time you can always rewind and replay it many times until you do that’s the point of the video but in the end thanks man without these vids I wouldn’t have done it 😭
