This Creamy Jalapeno Sauce will Change Taco Night

This Creamy Green sauce will make taco night just a little better. It is made with simple, fresh ingredients. You can decide just how spicy you want it. Perfect to customize to any taste buds. Great on Tacos, with chips and even in burritos.

Ingredients
5-6 Jalapeno's
1 Whole Yellow onion
1 Avocado
1 Cup Neutral Oil
Salt to Taste
5-7 Cloves of garlic
Juice of 1 lime
Cilantro (Optional)

1. Cut and De-seed the Jalapenos. For low heat leave one half with seeds. Cut the onion and quarter.

2. Turn a non stick pan on medium and roast the Jalapeno and onion until browned and soft 5-10 minutes. Take out of pan and cover until ready to use.

3. Peel and cut garlic. Fill a small pot or pan with 1 cup of neutral oil. ::On medium low heat cook sliced garlic until browned. Remove garlic and reserve oil.

4. Put in a blender - Roasted onion, Jalapeno, Lime juice, Garlic, Cilantro, blend until it comes together.

5. Slowly drizzle in olive oil around half a cup until desired texture. Add salt to taste.

6. Put in peeled avocado to add a creamy texture. Re blend on high for a minute or two.

7. Enjoy

    Twas a bit horrifying watching your garlic extraction method and oil to cup transfer (I burst into tears there for a sec) but your 'cuteness' coefficient makes it all better 😏....look forward to trying the recipe! :)...(and the vast majority of us are struggling to become better cooks so I love when people leave the eff-ups in the video; makes them all that more appealing) :)
