Why does it hurt when I try to lift my back leg up with the strap? I feel like I have no control of that leg and there's a little pain associated with lifting it.

I have the tightest quads and hips. I'll try this practice tomorrow. Edit: That was intense. I suppose I should repeat this routine often.
