Hello dear friends! I hope you are all well and ready for Spring. I have been quite busy lately and haven't been feeling 100% so I haven't been as consistent on my uploads here. This week I take you on an ordinary week in my life living in the south of France. Thank you for being here and I will see you soon for more moments in my life in France.

  • All the Good feels in this video! Leveling up in language classes and more ways to practice your craft! Soo cool!
  • Wonderful to tune back into self love and self care. "You can't pour from an empty cup." ❤

I love this vlog. The roller coaster that is life. Hope you're feeling better. Love the language progress! Savons et Chiffons is my favorite shop!
  • Congrats on passing A2! I’m doing the same in Portugal. Two nights a week for about 8 months—150 hours—and free. I’ll be so glad when I’m done—it’s the last item I need to apply for citizenship. Bonne chance on B1!
  • Congratulations x and the video was brill ❤ think you have been over doing things you need to keep that immune system boosted take care and thanks for sharing ❤️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿x
  • Lovely video, thank you! I enjoy the slow moving shots of Aix architecture and streets. Congratulations on passing the A2 level and bon courage on B1 and beyond! I'm self-studying French with a random mix of resources and am mostly around B1 right now, but I think the intensive approach would be way more effective. I plan to try it one day, when I can. And good luck with the illnesses. There's nothing worse than being sick! I love the attitude of gratitude toward the body. I try to adopt the same, but frequently forget, since there are so many distractions and temptations in the modern world, and our bodies often only complain very quietly. With regard to stress, I love this quote from Seneca: "There are more things … likely to frighten us than there are to crush us; we suffer more often in imagination than in reality". In my experience, so very true!

Sam, sorry I am late in watching the vlog! Congratulations on finishing your french classes and good luck on the next level. So sorry you have been sick, but I am glad you are feeling better! Will definitely miss the weekly videos but do what is necessary to take care of self! I can’t wait for Spring either! So looking forward to it! ❤
  • YAY!! I didn't find you last week so was wondering if you would post this week. I could never get tired of the architecture and ancient streets of Aix-En-Provence. Hope you build up a strong immune system so you won't have to deal with cooties!!!! Thank you for sharing this lovely video Sam!!!!

Hi dear Sam. Great news about your french course. It was probably really overwhelming, but it's important and useful. Take care of yourself and feel good mentally and physically! What is the gap till next level lessons? Hug

  • Avancez vous dans la compréhension de la langue française ? Parlez vous français à la maison avec votre mari ? Bon courage pour la suite des cours ❤
