I put most the conversation from when It was confirmed I got cancer, I sped up the volume and it still wasn’t fast enough to fit the whole video , so I put most of it , also had to get my gallbladder removed at the start of this year and was forced to take time off from the gym, I tried to make the video long enough for the recording but fell short so it’s most the recording and all my progress from when I got back in the gym !
My new motto is #gainsongains and to me that means gains in all of life ! Physical mental and spiritual! Despite everything I been through I am beyond blessed and beyond grateful for my life!!
