Good video Visiting parents for the holidays and the upstairs bathroom sink stopped draining. Took apart the pipes under the sink and cleaned them out. Rain a snake down the pipe that comes out of the wall and collected a lot of gunk. Put everything back together and poured four cups of vinegar down the drain followed by a full kettle of hot water. Did this twice. Drains super fast now! Merry Christmas Jonny.
  • You just saved me a bunch of money, my friend. I appreciate it. I use the hanger trick found a shampoo bottle top came right up on the second try. Thank you a million.

Definitely helped me out. When I tried plunging it initially, it only made things worse and turned a slow drain to a complete stop, but putting the wet rag over the overflow let me finally dislodge whatever was in there, and now it drains like new.

Appreciate the video, very thorough and great explanations! I like the simple options A, B, C and then the heavy duty auger snake option - Learned a lot from this!

The wire with the turned end and the needle nose plyers are the winners of the day. Thanks for the tips.

Dude..I’ve had issues with my shower drain forever..I’ve done every over the counter chemical there is to minimal success…I just did the plunger/with the wet rag trick…draining like a champ now!!…thanks for saving me a small fortune with a plumber👍
  • After watching this video it gave me the confidence to clear my shower drain after dealing with a very slow drain for 3 years. Using your tips I removed a huge amount of nasty hair and who knows what else. Flushed it a few times with boiling water and it's now working like new. Thanks so much for your video.
