It is not about people in Gaza These are sponsored organized protests that serve other interests.
  • There is a time and place to protest this isn’t the place or timing to do so
  • @Trump-rv4nz
Go to the White House and protest the president

First in family to graduate.Special day for those families. Once in a lifetime experience acknowledging the hard work and sacrifices made to earn the degree. All disrupted by narcissists.

They never protested when Saudis were killing Yemenis, they were never on the streets when Uyghurs were being mistreated and tortured by the CCP. That gives you an idea that they're clueless of what they're protesting and a good number of them are there for the clout.

How awesome would that be, spend 4 years, and tens (or hundreds) of thousands of your parents dollars or loans you'll have to pay back, all that hard work, finally you get recognized then... yeah apparently some group who thinks that every place is their right to say whatever they want.

Peaceful protest if you want to be listened. You don’t have the right to destroy other people’s happiness
  • @crw662
The US wasn’t supporting those. The universities were not invested in those. I’m against this stupidity too, but this is a poor argument.

  • I remember getting pulled over because my radio was too loud and not having to press 1 for English.
  • @Stealther
ABC7 can't get a handle on their volume levels. You're a media company for crying out loud.
  • @vel230
Narcissists stealing the graduates' moment .....getting in one last meal by feeding on their own narcissism.

Just imagine, someone spends hundreds of thousands of dollars to study at such a prestigious uni. They struggle for 4 years and ehen they're finally done and are veing rewarded for their patience, talent, hard work, etc. they see this. :( It's so unfortunate for the students man. This is such a wrong place to protest. Regardless of who fuels your protest, why don't they protest in front of government institutions if that's what they're protesting. Also imagine this, there would be so many foreign students whose parents have struggled to make such money to send their kids here and to see it all end like this. So unfortunate. I myself wish to study at Berkeley for a masters in Financial Engg. and this isn't changing my mind but it's just so unfortunate to look at.

Disrupting another person's life and a day that's supposed to be for them does not make anyone sympathetic to your cause
