    I have been doing taekwondo since kindergarten, and I'm a 2nd dan black belt. And everything socks said about the stretxching IS REALLY ACCURATE (except for trampoline)

    I do tae kwon do and I really like it. I am a yellow belt but your instructor went all out. Yes we do stretching and the warm up. Then it’s like the forms , basics and kick punching.
