When the BEST ATHLETES in the world want to train with the BEST TRAINER in the world, they work out with Tim Grover.

You want to know what it’s like to train MICHAEL JORDAN and KOBE BRYANT? You want to know what sets them and other next-level performers apart from high achievers with just as many gifts and talents?

Tim Grover has the ANSWERS.

Tim founded ATTACK Athletics, Inc. in 1989 and since that time, he has worked with hundreds of NFL, MLB, NBA, and Olympic athletes including Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant. He is also the best-selling author of RELENTLESS: From Good to Great to Unstoppable, JUMP ATTACK, and his newly released book, Winning. Widely considered the preeminent authority on the science and art of physical and mental dominance, Tim is a highly sought-after keynote speaker around the world and a consultant to top business leaders, athletes, and elite achievers in every area.

Tim is one of my oldest and dearest friends so it was easy to get him to talk about the nature of FAME, what it takes to be the absolute best, GRIT VS. GLAMOUR, and why it’s not necessarily easy when you do reach the top.

Tim is also uniquely qualified to tell stories about how Kobe lived his life and what you can take from his MAMBA MENTALITY.

We had a lot of good laughs but we also covered some tough things too. Tim shares how he felt when he found out Kobe was gone, why it’s lonely when you’re ultra-successful, and how to CONQUER your doubts, fears, and flaws and turn them into mentally DOMINANT advantages.

Straight up, this is HONEST talk from the best in the business.

Tim Grover has been there and he’s got WISDOM and STORIES you won’t want to miss.

Growth and change is painful, but nothing is painful as being stuck where you don't belong. Love from a small youtuber 🖤

"Winning requires us to be different. Winning is inside of us all." I love this. Winning does not sleep.

  • On YouTube lately, there has been a lot of talk about how working hard and being obsessed about your goals is wrong and not healthy. I comment on their videos, but their way of seeing the world is very fixed, where working hard is seen as the worst thing that could happen to somebody. For me, I see that not everybody wants to have balance in life, and that's ok. I don't think Jordan would get where he got if he wasn't obsessed. Watching Ed mylett's channel and reading Tim grover's books make me feel good because I know other people understand the great feeling of working hard at work worth doing. This channel is one excellent example of the best side of YouTube.

Every teenager should watch this and then their parents should have a conversation with them about what they saw. So much truth here.

Ed! My man. I was meant to hear this. I am opening a new chapter in life while trying to be a good role model for my son! This will be our new bedtime story book.

I just love when Tim Growers answers: I'm more proud that you are proud of me.

Winning is everything! Are you mentally prepared to sprint every day? This is gold.

In my opinion, winning is not exactly about winning itself. It's about knowing the full glory of our spirit. It's about knowing the depth of our mental strength. It's about developing as a soul. That's what drives us forward and upward towards it. The "gorgeousness" that pulls us towards winning is our own greatestness calling to us. So, often, the prize of winning is reserved for those who are willing to dig that deep. This is something I'm learning as a life long yogi & meditator, learning a new way of being. In the realm of yoga & meditation, we work on being humble rather than winning. Nothing wrong with that, and still an important part of my life. But after a life time of hiding, I'm ready to step into my greatness. Thank you for doing you & for contributing great content 😉 ❤🙏

One Of the Best Winning Messages I've ever heard! I know enough about Self Development and Positive thinking, To realize It Takes Real Discipline to Win! I asked My Uncle that Owns a Masonry Company How to be successful and He said "Disciplined,Discipline,Discipline" I'm way behind in My wins, But I see now what I must sacrifice to make it Happen! Thankyou Ed

When they talked about not being able to identify with people who would rather make excuses than win, and also about wanting to separate from the groups that everyone else associates with (i.e. Dem/Repub), those were things I'd experienced and resonate with, and I know I'm on the right path to winning in my life.

"Your Mind needs to be stronger than your feelings" that hit me the hardest. So many times we let our emotions respond instead of our mind. Good stuff!
  • Feeling alone has never been more real since my decision to change my mindset. This show has been very helpful in understanding why . After attending the @drivenevent I was eating breakfast at the hotel and @timgrover came over to my table, shook my hand and asked how I was doing. I will never forget that moment, and how much that meant to me. It was a welcome to join the fight and win one step at a time! One day I will have the honor of being part of that elite group of winners! Right now focusing on being in proximity of them to learn and grow.
