  • My mother used butter for everything. Most things were baked she never made fried chicken etc... She told me very simply " the body knows what to do with butter but not oil". A very simplistic statement but basically what this man said minus the science. Vicki

  • My heritage is Amish. I have returned to the cooking methods and products of my ancestors. Ghee. Tallow. Lard. EEVO. Coconut. Butter ETC Growing an organic garden, canning, etc. Your information is so cathartic!! I LOVE IT when I'm right 😍❤

It would really a big help to teach the viewers about the benefits and misconceptions about the use of vegetable oils

  • I had issues with my gallbladder for the past year, they said I was going to have to get it removed, no stones, just pain. I ended up cutting out all vegetable oils and only using lard and tallow, and I haven't had any pain or issues in the past 2 months. I'm not sure why this is, but it worked!
