After a year of anxiety and depression, paying way too much for an Ikea cubicle, I found it was time to move. Yes, again. It was a trade off...no more gas range, yet no more needles on the ground. I'm starting over, and I've done it many times. That's okay. Time get out of the funk and into creation!
Middle age is challenging to accept. Okay, I finally accept it. Doesn't mean I have to let myself go. And I have let myself go. I'm doing things differently. Tired of being yucky! Time to get in shape. No gym membership, I'm not ready for that. Long nature walks, and lots of core building.

I hope you are better soon! I totally understand depression. I have bipolar 2. I think I used to watch you a year ago but I stayed away from YouTube for a year. Which is why you got a late reply. Sometimes my babies help with depression or just to have a cuddle when you are down. They are weighted and feel like real babies in your arms. I hope you are settled in your new apartment!❤❤❤

Sherry, love this! Thank you. Being “this age” isn’t fun and transitioning is hard. I just moved to Goose Hollow. My apartment is a lot like yours and I feel cramped! Where do you work? I want to do art and can’t get my shit together to make a space because life downtown is so depressing. You look happy🥰 Btw- Counting Crows are my jam, LOVE your workout shirt!
