“Do we have time to run Wasp?” Those words still give me chills every time. For a 24 year old in the biggest game of his life to call his own shot is so crazy to me. Most guys would just try to run a play to pick up the first down, but Patrick wanted to rip the defenses throat out. That’s what makes him so special and unique.

Even if its 50+ times a year, I dont think I'll ever get tired of hearing "Touchdown, KAN-SAS CITY!"

    I can't believe I watched this whole thing at 2 am 😂
  • This also highlights how Mahomes played through injury every postseason run
  • Been a Chiefs fan for 50 years went to the first Super Bowl parade and watched old Lenny beat the Vikings on TV. Went through a lot of bad lean years but this latest run is special and Patrick Mahomes is a once in a lifetime QB. He’s the best quarterback I’ve ever seen play and I’ve seen a lot of quarterbacks play in the 60s 70s 80s 90s 2000s. Everybody make sure you’re enjoying every minute of this ride and go Chiefs.😊

Listening to Skip compliment Mahomes is crazy.

And now he's brought us back to back super bowl wins. Not even the first time he took us to back to back bowls either. He's once in a lifetime
  • It's been so exciting having Mahomes as out QB. What an athlete!!!! Go Chiefs!!!!!

That spinning step-back jumper to Edwards-Helaire against Tampa Bay was epic. Nobody else in football does that. Ever!
  • @Dozav7
Love how you showed the adversity that made him and his team stronger.
  • Been in the playoffs every year he's started and the only postseason games he's played on the road have been Super Bowls. He's had one and a half bad postseason games. His worst season is 12 wins, 4,839 yards, 37 tds to 13 picks, a #2 seed, and AFC title game appearance. When down by 10 or more, he wins 58% of the time; nobody else is better than 38%. First qb since 1999 to win the league MVP and the Super Bowl in the same year. First qb to lead the league in passing and win the Super Bowl. First NFL player, period, to have two league MVPs and two championships in his first five years. Patrick Mahomes is that dude, there's no debate.

    Patrick "The Inevitable" Mahomes. 😤💯❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥
  • I watch every mahomes doc that drops. So glad he's the chiefs QB. As a fan of 20 years, I never thought I'd see this. Thank you chiefs and Pat Mahomes
  • The best investment the chiefs organization has ever done. Andy Reid saw something in mahomes and veach said 'let's get him". This is what champions are made of. The total disrespect mahomes and the chiefs got after the tyreek hill trade was insane, but they showed them. Congratulations to my CHIEFS. See you in September. Keep on striving. ❤

I grew up watching the Chiefs led by Lenny the Cool. I watched them win SB IV. My Christmas was ruined after they lost to Miami in the NFL's longest game ever. Then ... came 5 decades of mediocre to rotten teams ... or just good enough to make it to the playoffs to get our hearts ripped out. 50 years I remained a loyal KC Chiefs fan. Watching every game of a 2-14 season. Hoping we would one day get our QB. That we would get our Elway. Or Montana. Or Brady. Manning. The 2017 draft, with the 10th pick we got him. I had no idea who he was. Who was this kid we gave up those picks for, and why was he worth moving up to get? The Chiefs had never successfully drafted a QB in their HISTORY. So what is it about THIS kid? And then, week 17 at Denver. Mahomes gets his first start. And ... I knew. Funny thing about that game even some Chiefs fans forget. Mahomes got us the lead, Reid pulls him and puts in ... hell, I don't even remember the guys name ... who promptly turned the ball over a couple of times and lost the lead for us. Reid hands the ball back to Mahomes and, (I assume) told him, "Go get us a win." And Mahomes did. Like he had been doing it for multiple seasons in the NFL. That's when I knew. Now, I try not to get to complacent about the absolute miracles we see as Chiefs fans week in, and week out. Because I remember what it was like for 5 decades in the wilderness. This was an absolutely fantastic video on the Mahomes metamorphosis from "backyard ball" phenom, to stone cold NFL great.
  • It was so funny the way they all came around his first game people who were hating on him were riding his …😂
  • My Michigan guy Chad henne is the greatest backup ever what he did in that game vs the browns and jags can't go unnoticed.
