Cycling a tank does not mean turning the filter on for a few days.U need to read that printed guide that came with ur axolotl.You need to complete the nitrogen cycle which usually takes 1-2 months before putting that poor axolotl into the tank as they are high ammonia producers.U need to take it out asap tub it with daily water changes using seachem prime until the tank nitrogen cycle is complete. Or that axolotl is going to get bad ammonia burns

He/She is Sooooo cute and I think if girl: Freckle,Doodle,Hamlet,candy,Malibu and Olive!! If boy: Freckle,Prince,ollie,Malibu,Maui and Teddy!! I love all of those names so much!!! Hope u do to hannah!!

Cyclong the tank is not just letting the filter run you habe tp get bacteria and mak eot go down change nitrites to nitrates... You also need a bugget tank and such. Your axolotl looks like mine!
