    Can you please make a video guide on opening up the fist, I can now make a fist actively but when it comes to open my fingers, I lose.
  • The pain in my affected side is gone already as time goes by... but the spasticityis still there🙁hard for me to raise my ehole arm still😔but it has alitle movement now.. thoughthis helps.. thank you.. i will try it everyday..
