Republican vice presidential nominee Sen. JD Vance has a history of making disparaging remarks toward people without children, a CNN KFile review of his comments shows, including fundraising off his now-infamous “childless cat lady” remarks in a series of emails that called Democratic leaders “childless sociopaths” who “don’t have a direct stake in this country.” #CNN #News

  • Families with 400 children? Vance also said people without kids are “sociopathic,” “psychotic,” and "deranged.” WHOA! Doesn't he know that many republicans don't have children as well. Fancie vancie is weird.

So that means my taxes will go down since I don't have a bunch of kids in school? Wow.

The GOP pundit saying that “people don’t vote based on the VPs” is wrong. When you have the oldest nominee ever who would be 82 years old at the end of his term- you absolutely factor that in. And ultimately, if the party nominee picks someone who is a train wreck then that goes into my consideration process.

400 children around and everybody else???? This is pure jabberwocky.

I am not a sociopath because I never found someone I wanted to marry and have kids with. Single motherhood didn't appeal to me.

Hate to break it to ya, but the two most UNSTABLE people on national television today have more than two children, one of them is running for President of the Republican Party, and the other, JD Vance, can be seen in the mirror. Vance’s own upbringing can attest to the stability of his family life, he wrote the book on it. If all it took was having kids to bring mental stability, then why are there so many wildly psychologically dysfunctional families in America, and why is this passed on from generation to generation? Just look at trumps family. I rest my case. George Washington and Jesus Christ had no children.

It's a good think that sociopaths are less likely to have kids. Vance's mother was a drug addict. If his grandmother hadn't been able to raise him, he probably would've turned out even more weird. Does he think his mother would have become a better mother if he'd been living with her?

You love 200 kids, some don't like kids. WTF is the problem?
  • His comment doesn't even make sense. Who are the "cat ladies," exactly? CEO's are mostly men who have children, not "cat ladies." Is he claiming that the "cat ladies" are telling the Oligarchs what to do?
  • What he actually said was that people without children shouldn’t have as much say as they aren’t committed to this country?? Tell that to all our enlisted men and women who serve overseas and don’t have children

He is absolutely right. We childless people are sociopathic, which is my case. I chose no to have kids, and as a consequence I travelled the world: 91 countries and still travelling. I speak 6 languages. Right now as we speak I spend 2 months out of the year in the ITALIAN DOLOMITES trekking and relaxing. The rest of the year, the world is my stage. I entertain a lot, I read, I have two university degrees and I only think about taking good care of myself as I have no children and no worries. I think I will now get a PSYCHLOGIST who will tell me that I need to move to NYC, make money just to pay rent, and live a miserable life trying to keep up with the JONESES.

How about men who have multiple kids with multiple women. Are we talking about Donald Trump here
  • @MikeBenko
Donald Trump having to be the reasonable one has to be possibly one of the funniest things in this election cycle so far. Edit. Some of you seem to think Trump is "reasonable". He's a deeply weird, lying, wannabe fascist dictator who can't string together a coherent sentence. They just found a VP for him who is somehow even weirder. This is not a win for your camp buddy.
  • @jeanandre6129
Thousands of people who are serving in the military or have served who don't have kids are the worse person, according to J.D. ???
  • @youtubeuserzzzz
The eyes are the window to the soul. I can't look this JD in the eyes too long. I feel the evil. He isn't consistent with anything but his obsession with childless women. He should have several seats and be grateful that a woman gave him a chance.
  • @RJoftheWest
I feel like Vance's old opinions on Trump hold more credibility than his "modern" opinions. Remember everyone, people can change over time, and experiences can alter your outlook on life...
  • He was talking about women without kids, not men. Men without kids are fine. No insults tossed to them at all.
  • I'm a responsible cat lady but with a grown child therefore not childless
  • @CynthiaLouwho
😂 My grandfather from KY called people like him "educated fools."
